*CASAMICA Bed and Breakfast* is the right choice! We provide a cozy and budget friendly sea looking accomodation... well located out of the city-center bustle, but at walking distance from the main promenade... what else could you ask for?!?
We offer clean nice rooms with bathroom in a separate part of our charming house, including amenities such as free wi-fi Internet, satellite multi-media TV, DVD player, radio/alarm clock, hairdryer. We serve a copious italian continental breakfast, and have a secure car parking on site (while pick up/drop off service could be available upon request, for a small extra fee).
Both indoor and outdoor common areas are available for our guests: from the elegant living room with fireplace, and from the beautiful grapes-covered terrace, you can enjoy a memorable seaview spotting the ships leaving at sunset time. We also are prouds of our typical garden filled with olive trees, fruit trees and mediterranean essences.
The B&B Casamica is conveniently located, close to the sea in a residential area, only 900 meters from the train station and 1.5 km south of the cruise port. Our neighborood's services (such as eateries, supermarkets, coffeshops, pizzeria, bank with ATM, post office, pharmacy, catholic church, sport facilities...) are situated just one or two blocks away from the B&B.
It is run by owners Patricia & Germano, that are fluents in english, spanish, french, portuguese and italian languages - and are ready to help travelers with any local tip they may require. The B&B opened more than 10 years ago (it has been the first in town!) and still receives very high satisfaction rates from most of guests - almost 90% overall!

Il *Bed and breakfast CASAMICA* dispone di comode stanze tutte dotate di bagno e TV lcd, le quali offrono una confortevole sistemazione singola, doppia, o tripla - con possibilità di aggiungere un letto extra o una culla (previa verifica disponibilità).
Il soggiorno sarà di certo tranquillo e spensierato, disponendo il B&B di parcheggio interno sicuro, ingresso ospiti indipendente da quello dei proprietari, spazi comuni ad esclusiva disposizione degli ospiti (un elegante salone con camino, ed una meravigliosa terrazza pergolata con vista sul mare), servizi moderni quali connessione wi-fi e lettore DVD in camera, postazione Internet gratuita.
Un simpatico giardino con ulivi ed alberi da frutta è a disposizione per chi avesse necessità di far scorrazzare liberamente i propri bambini, o piccoli animali al seguito.
Siamo situati a pochi passi dal mare lungo la Via Aurelia, a 900 metri dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal centro città, mentre il porto di Civitavecchia dista poco più di un chilometro. Per chi non disponga di auto propria ed abbia difficoltà a servirsi dei mezzi pubblici, è possibile accordarsi per farsi venire a prendere alla stazione o al porto -
